At Libby Care Center, we are a healthcare facility that offers post-acute health care services designed to assist patients in rebuilding strength, functioning and independence following a hospital stay for an acute illness or injury. It is our goal to return our patients to the highest levels of independence and we support our residents in returning home whenever possible.
Libby Care Center accepts reimbursement for health care and rehabilitation services from Medicare, private pay and self support, commercial insurance, managed care, Medicaid, VA and Hospice.
